Force Ghost regaining a Physical Form

Has anyone ever thought about the possibilities of a Force Ghost taking physical form?

Someone like Anakin, who is probably more powerful dead than alive, could probably achieve this. Atleast for a short period of time. It's made me wonder with the idea behind Anakins creation and midichlorians. If you can creat life through midichlorians, could a force ghost use this same idea to make themselves take physical form?

Heh, maybe Anakin was the result of Revan's force ghost doing exactly that...

 

I do want it opened. Perhaps not in the current eras, but in some future time, an era to end all eras, return of the heroes.

 

Take the idea behind the Dark Underlord, or one of the ideas. The one about Xendor being brought back from the Sith Underworld. He would have to take a form, and he did in order to die again.

So it has to be possible.

 

Anakin could have had the Force at his finger tips if he had reached his potential in the phyiscal form. But becoming one with the Force, Anakin could do anything.

 

And what a plus for Anakin Solo fans. A compromise beyond all. For those who want him back, they do for a short time. For those who want him to stay dead, well he is dead. Even he went all glowy before he died. I can see it now.

Han:"It can not be, Anakin."

Tahiri:"Anakin"

Anakin Solo:"Anakin..yes...yes...that was my name...Anakin solo.... I am Anakin Solo with physical form action. And I have come back to you now, at the turn of the tide.............. Now drop those panties Tahiri, it's time to make up for lost time."

I'd be for it, so long as he dies shortly thereafter each time, in increasingly hilarious ways.

 

I think a discussion like this shows that we need an Article,comic, or book on the force itself. On the what it can and can't do. It seems to be that this is one of the major pains in the EU. Arthurs don't know it's limits, and thus we get comics,book's, and the such with Jedi using little power at all to show us what it can do. and this is the force itself, not those who wield it.

Abel, we need a new article.

Anakin Solo: I got kicked out of the Force Ghost club for breaking the rules.

 

This actually happened in one of the early RotJ scripts I read.

 

I could see Yoda being able to do this but Anakin Solo? Uh uh. He's no way powerful enough.

 

Didn't Obi-Wan take control of Luke in SotME? Whats to stop them doing it that way, inhabiting another persons body.

 

All that flashy stuff that was happening to his body in those last moments leads me to disagree. It was almost like he was becoming one with the force as he became more powerful in his fight.

 

This is why we need a "FORCE" article.

 

I sincerely doubt that a sixteen year old kid is more powerful than a nine hundred year old Yoda. That'd be absolutely ridiculous.

 

Well yeah, then again he is Skywalkers grandkid. However that doesn't mean he also couldn't achieve the physical form.

I wonder if even Obi-Wan could pull it off. If makes you wonder. If he and Yoda can just disappear into the force, why can't they just use that same power to reappear. Even if it is limited.

 

I am utterly against this happening.

However, if it were to, I would want it to be Anakin to have this ability.

Yes, Anakin SKYWALKER. THE CHOSEN ONE! If some punk third generation kid can do it, grand daddy surely would be able to.

For some reason, I can believe in hyperdrives, lasers, and the force used by living beings to move objects and manipulate minds. This would just be too much. I do fear that it could go that far....... To make Jacen be taken more serious as a villian he is starting to push the envelope as far as Force Powers go. Cade is pushing aside the line between life and death......it has to end at some point or all force users will live forever, influence the past, and be able to destroy entire sectors with the blink of an eye.

They cant take a physical form in the truest sense of the word but they can possess the bodies of others (Obi Wan did so to Luke Skywalker),
They can also still manipulate the force as any Jedi can (The RPG & also George Lucas first draft of Return of the Jedi).
They can also contain their ghost in armor which acts like a body (Darth Nihilious did this, allow the lord of hunger was probably a freak)

The reason we don?t really see these things is because most force ghosts are ghosts of Jedi, the Jedis very belief structure is that they shouldn?t interfere.

 

Obi-Wan telling Luke to let go while he was flying down the first Death Star's trench is interference.

Obi-Wan telling Luke to go to Dagobah to train under Yoda is interference.

Force Ghosts are interfering all the time, even Jedi ones.

 

Meh,

Why not have Anakin's ghost show up and do battle with Jacen in their mindscape.

Afterwards, Anakin can take Jacen's body and not lose any midiclorians!
