[Forrest Gump] Help me settle something

There has been some disagreement on this but in Forrest Gump, in that scene where Jenny exposes herself to Forrest in her dorm room, does Jenny give Forrest "manual stimulation", or did he just prematurely ejaculate?

I think it's the latter.
