Fortune Cookies : in bed and under the sheets

So it's common knowledge that you add
"in bed" to the end of your fortune when reading it out loud. Anyhoo, I had chinese today and here's what mine said:

"You have a charming and magnetic personality and are good at making new friends." IN BED!

so if anyone else out there eats chinese food in the next few days, feel free to post your fortunes here and in bed.

 

Hee hee, that's great stuff. I get funny fortunes all the time.

I got that same one on Sunday.

 

HaHa! That is funny! The funniest one that I've ever gotten said something like help I'm stuck in a fortune cookie factory. I still have no idea what it meant though!

 

I also like "in the bathtub". Like when you get the fortune "You are a very good friend"

 

I happen to have a pile of fortunes sitting here.

"Your path is arduous but will be amply rewarding."

"Speculations will turn out well."

"You will always have good luck in your personal affairs."

"Look around; happiness is trying to catch you."

"Prosperity makes friends and adversity tries them."

"Your life will be happy and peaceful."

"A happy life awaits you in matrimony."

"You will never have to worry about a steady income."

Some of these are hilarious with the added suffixes. Others aren't as funny.

 

I went to a chinese place not too long ago. My fortune said "You'll accomplish more if you start now", which is extremely applicable because I'm a major procrastinator (and right now it's even worse because I'm a major procrastinator who's behind in a couple of classes and there are two weeks left in this quarter of college). I taped that one to my computer (a lap top) hoping it would remind me to get the hell of the internet and do homework (you can see how well it's working... ).
