Ok, either somebody at Hasbro is on Crack... or this is a MAJOR error, or I'm missing something.

The following 3 links are pictures I just took tonight and uploaded of a "Orn Free Taa" with an insert, but not just any insert, a Star Wars Catalog?!

I have seen 2 others, a Dexter Jetser and a Chancelor Palpatine. But I only own this one.

This is not a reseal item. It's real.

So my question is, have you seen anything like this?

Looking for opinions and or answers.

    Thanks people!

I think you have a tri logo one by the looks of it and I have seen those little inserts with the Vehicles and it shows some of the other toys.

Sell it on E-Bay. The chumps on there will pay you triple for it simply because it's got a weird insert. :p

    Dumbos. :p

Ok, I do concure.. Tri-logo it is.

I suppose my question now is, is this catalog thats NORMALLY included with vehicles included in tri-logo basic figures? Or is this the product of someone having a bad day at Hasbro?

(or someone at Hasbro thinking, you know, if I put "THIS" in there, I wonder how long it will take to show up on eBay?

    LOL

(some of the errors I've seen, makes me think SOMEBODY is doing it on purpose) haha

    Thanks for the replies

I have a few tri logo figures from Canada and none of them have the insert so you got me on that one.

If these toys are in fact made for kids, do you think that your average ten year old boy would know what the paragraph on the back of Orn Free Taa's card is supposed to mean?

Do you mean the "Ten years after the fight to save Naboo from invasion, the galaxy is on the brink of civil war. Under the leadership of a renegade Jedi, thousands of solar systems threaten to secede..."

Well, from what I recall when I was 10 & collecting these.... I didn't CARE what they said. I tore that card off & threw it away. Besides, I doubt Orn Free Taa is exactly a character that most 10 year olds would buy..."hmmm, he doesn't look like he'll fit in a Tie Fighter...." I recall passing up the Gomoreon Gaurd for that very same reason when I was a kid.. hahaha

I do think these are marketed for all ages. By appealing to all ages on all levels, you single out no one & you get the attention of everyone. George Lucas thought of this when he fought for the "marketable rights" to his movies back in the 70's. Something not really done before, now a standard in the industry.

    But, that's just my opinion.

As soon as I get it back from the AFA, graded & encased, I may consider that!

timp123- No I meant the paragraph that talks about good 'ol Orn Free Taa, about him being in the Senate and all. What kind of a kid is gonna know what all that means?
