Free Donnie Darko DVD

Just a heads-up for Donnie Darko fans that the Sunday Times will have a free DVD of the Director's Cut of the film in this week's paper. I've never seen the film but since I normally get the Times anyway I will probably watch the DVD.

FANTASTIC FILM!!!!!!

 

IMHO, the Director's Cut isn't as good as the regular film. It loses some of the mystery and hypnotic edge of the original.

Still a great film though.

It defies genre!

Its a kind of time travel, superhero, romantic, sci-fi drama/black comedy with a giant bunny rabbit named Frank.

I hope it comes in a proper case and not a cardboard sleave.
