free video editing software?

    hey, i was just wondering if there's any free video editing software that allows you to export into quicktime?

    if so what programs are they, and can you post a link?

    EDIT: In response to below, VD can also edit video, but it sure as hell isn't easy.

    VirtualDub is a video processor, not and editor, but I would advise you to get Linux dual booted on your computer and get Cinelerra, it's an amazing program!

    But if you are too lazy ( :p ) find MovieXone, but it's not gonna be easy to find!

    I've been using Avid Free DV lately. Even though I have Premiere Pro 1.5, just out of curiosity, I've been seeing how the other half works.

    It's on the avid si te.
