Only a 9 because there wasn't much action. I'll be giving the next episode a 10 though :)

8/10. It was quite good. I'd love to see a comic book, or novel, fill in Rex and co's backstory in-between TCW and Rebels.

I think that as story goes I thought it was good. They needed to show the clones being distinctly different and I thought they accomplished that. I don't think that this episode should have been shown as a stand alone episode. I think this should have been an hour long premier for the rest of the season. I think the episode lagged a little before the last few minutes of the episode, when Sabine found out about the transmission.

They need to explain Rex's words to Wolfe, "They weren't the ones that betrayed us." Who betrayed them? Anakin? The Republic? Regardless of what happened in the episode, Kanan clearly doesn't like or trust the clones. I'm fine with that and I hope it continues for a little while longer.

Ashley Eckstein seems to have found a balance as Ahsoka in the little bit of the episode she was in.

Dee Bradley Baker is once again perfect for the clones and I love it.

8 did a good job reintroducing the clones. Good character development regarding Kanan, Rex and Ezra. Freddie Prince Jr did a real good job portraying the hurt and sorrow Kanan felt.

Though I am very intrigued at who Rex felt betrayed by. As Rebels goes on it would be cool maybe to get a flashback arch from Rex's perspective of the aftermath of Order 66.

Also found it interesting that Kanan basically says that the clones blamed order 66 on the chips. This implies that a majority of the clones knew about the chips after order 66 was carried out.

It also implies Kanan met a clone maybe?

Definitely a great way to start the season proper. Ease back into the growing conflict between the nascent rebellion and the Empire. I liked the homages to Howl's Moving Castle with the AT-TE and the homages to Jaws with that little hunt there. Really nice that they touched on Kanan's experience with Order 66, and the fact that Rex and co. didn't go through with it.

So yeah, that giant worm chase? The music totally reminded me of the shark chase in Jaws!

Though, I thought Gregor was the set up for being the traitor in the group, surprised it turned out to be Wolff. And even more surprised that Rex, Ezra, Zeb, and Sabine forgave him so quickly!

Never got the intention they were setting up Gregor as the traitor. He's too out of it to really give a hoot. And I can see why they forgave Wolffe quickly. It's not as if he's evil and working for the Empire. He did it to protect himself and Rex and Gregor from drawing the wrath of the Empire on them. But obviously he realizes his mistake.

It was the "he's been known to have delusions of distress in the past" line. The delusions part was what threw me off.

I gave it a 7/10. I was satisfied that they didn't have Kanan completely do a 180 on his feelings towards the clones in a single episode. There wasn't much going on; and frankly that notion of the clones so immediately putting a stranger like Zeb in immediate danger as a bargain for info was kind of unbelievable. Furthermore, there was really no surprise who Ahsoka's "friend" was, considering the revelation of Rex and co. happened months ago. We were all waiting for what Kanan's initial reaction would be the first time he sees a clone again, and we got it. I'm just hoping that things don't change drastically by the next episode. It would be extremely disappointing if all of a sudden Kanan and Rex are like best friends with each other.

Yeah the new trailers seem to indicate this hostility stays for the rest of the season they probably will work it out but not after a long time. Still I thought them putting Zeb in danger was a fair equal exchange considering they live on a desolate world they probably don't have much in the way of food. Also it seemed like they didn't have fears of Zeb dying its just this catch was particularly difficult.

8/10! A solid return for the series, and a great introduction for the clones! It only loses some points for pacing, especially with Wolffe's betrayal and forgiveness. However I'm not sure if he's actually afraid of the Empire or is legitimately getting confused that the Jedi are still an enemy. The episode left it kind of ambiguous, and it seemed Rex had to shake him out of his memories at times and bring him back to reality.

Rex was great, as always! And Gregor was surprisingly entertaining. Also, Kanan's delivery to Ezra about Order 66 was very nuanced but I just wish there had been even more time for it.

I'm consistently amazed at how good the dialogue in this series is. Between the character interactions and the actual inclusion of humor there is no doubt in my mind that the writing on this show far surpasses The Clone Wars. Sure there are some clunky moments here and there, but the Ghost crew and their allies seem like fully realized people. I can't put into words how refreshing it is to feel legitimately involved in these characters' emotions.

    Clearly a set up episode:
I liked Kanan and Ezra's reaction when Ahsoka told them to "trust him", it was like "WTH is she talking about ?"
I hated how Hera and Chopper were sidelined for this episode but Gregor's wackiness helped to keep it entertaining for me
When Rex talked about a Jedi betrayed them, I thought about Anakin for a moment but then he wouldn't talk about "a great jedi once told me..." to Ezra, so maybe he left Anakin at some point during TCW, which makes me believe the Siege of Mandalore is not happening during ROTS.
Wolffe betrayal and turnaround was an unbelievably awful moment.
Ezra being set up as the voice of reason since a few episodes, yeah sure, keep trying.

It was a good episode, just nothing really special about it and it really is more of a set up. I also found the reason for Hera not being in most of it forced, though her short conversation with Kanan was great.

I really liked it but, as others have said, Wolffe's betrayal and subsequent apology were too squeezed-together for my tastes.

I have a new favorite in Gregor. He was wacky-cute in a way and his facial expressions were hilarious. (Though I am still harboring a bit of anger at him for nonchalantly putting Zeb's life in danger!) Am I the only one who thinks the crew should have been a little bit more worried about that poor lasat being dragged along by a giant worm for a whole minute or so? (Kanan's reaction was believable.) To be fair, their terror would have taken away the fun element of that scene. I was glad to see Zeb and Gregor becoming friends at the end.

The music in this show is really beautiful. I am becoming more and more impressed by it. I loved the wind-chimes on the AT-TE. Nice touch.

An 8. It was a solid episode, but it was more a set-up for Part II, I think. It would have bumped up to a 9 is Rex had been a surprise. :)

I am really looking forward to this season, and I am glad that Ezra already feel more grown-up, and Kanan's reluctance to trust the clones felt realistic.

Glad this whole rex story didn't last one episode as it would have felt rushed. Kanan and Hera's scene together stole the show for me. Loved the fact that the Ryloth score from the TCW was played when Hera mentioned that clones saved her life during the TCW, a nice little hint that she was in fact on Ryloth during the invasion. It's the small touches that do it for me.
