Green Day Gig

Is anyone else going?

It's on the 19th of June, but tickets are selling out quick, understandable since Sum 41 are also supporting them as well as 2 yet-to-be-announced bands. It's at Cooper's field which is behind the castle and, booking from Ticketline with guaranteed ticket postage the week before, cost me £33.

 

Take that as a no?

 

Actually sounds like a cool concert if you like that type of music.

 

It should rule!

Anyone know what Cooper's field is like? Never heard of the place, myself.

 

I'll probably be going to the Green Day gig. Looks cool and the park they're playin at is cool. Tis pretty much an expanse of grass.

Just for anyone's information - I hear the support for GreenDay is going to be No Doubt and Less than Jake!!!!!

Gwen Stefani is gorgeous. I do think that Jordan could give her some of her cleavage though, being as Jordan is THE one and only freak of nature in that department.

 

Gwen is mine. Ask anyone.

I make the effort to buy her CD's instead of getting free copies - she notices these little things. It's like buying her dinner on an installment basis.

 

Cough Cough. Now if that's quite enough about Gwen Stefani and Jordan, I might be going to the gig. I'm not really a big Green Day fan and I can't stand Sum 41 but No Doubt sounds good plus my friend Lou loves Green Day and my little brother likes Sum 41 so it might be fun?..just for the sake of going.

I believe Iggy Pop needs no blurb from me - just this second got back from an A gig, which was cool - as for Hundred Reasons, don't really know them.

 

Drat! That's too bad about Sum41 and No Doubt .Oh well A sounds good (I'm glad the gig went well Terra). Hundred Reasons? Where have I heard that before?
I saw Lou briefly today but I forgot to mention the gig?..oh well I'll see her on Friday (big non-exam party thing).

 

My plan to finally marry Gwen has fallen apart...

Aw poor Terra I know how you feel, apparently there's something wrong with marring Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn-LOTR), I think it may have something to do with the fact that I have never met him and that he just happens to be 27 years older than me.

 

It's a cruel and judging world.

 

Hundred reasons are a stunning band, made a very good album, and was Kerrang british newcomers of the year 2 years ago

I was thinking about it and I did ask my friend (who loves Green Day) if she was going and she is but she's taking her boyfriend who lets just say I don't get on very well with.
