Hapan Language?

Hey guys...I haven't been around here for a long time, but I got The Courtship of Princess Leia yesterday and started reading it, and I am intrigued by the language of Hapes used in it. Does anyone have any more information about it? I've already done a google search and saw the wookiepedia stub, and being a language enthusiast I'll prolly go and disect it myself, but I'm just asking...because.

Hm...I'd be interested in that, too, as DN mentioned a Hapan accent, and the fleet commanders who contact the Falcon don't speak perfect Basic, so it'd be interesting to try and figure out, based on the language, what that accent sounds like...

 

Most likely the French or Portugese of Star Wars, I'd imagine.
Can't you just picture Jacen falling for Tenel Ka's heavy accent?

 

Some of the KOTOR Rodian speech sounds Romanian to me . . .
