Hilarous Joke I heard on Inaguration day...

So, are they going to use the original Bible George Washigton put his hand on at the Inaguration today?

No, they havn't used that Bible since 1992. When Bill Clinton put his hand on it, the Bible burst into flames.

A guy walks past a Democratic convention, and outside he notices a man selling Newborn puppies.

"Democratic puppies! Get your Democratic puppies!"
The guy shrugs, thinking its cute, and goes home.

A week later, a Republican convention is being held at the same place. Again, the guy walks by, and again, the man is there.
"Republican puppies!! Get your Republican puppies!"

"Now hold on a minute!" The guy says. "Last week, you were here selling Democratic puppies! What makes these ones any diffrent?"

The man smiles and says, "They've opened their eyes and stopped whining since then."

Look, I could break out my collection of slightly more intelligent GWB jokes, but to be honest, there's very little political humor you can find that's not partisan and not stupid. If I have to take one, I'll take partisan (I'm a big fan of The Boondocks), but political humor is much better when non-partisan.

 

Political humor only entertains certain groups of people. I think we need some humor with a broader appeal.
