How can people with visible tattoos (in visible areas, I mean) afford the lost wages from all the jobs that won't hire them as a result?
What I've learned is that if the person wants the tattoo they won't let things like finances or good taste get in the way of their decision sometimes they'll just blow their entire paycheck without even thinking
People have different priorities when it comes to their money. Even my small tattoo cost $100, but then I didn't pay for it as it was a Mother's gift from my kids.
Because they come off well, at the interview dinner, so their subsequent hiring allows for occasional purchase of luxury foods thereafter. Unlike the tattoo people they are giving Salvation Army donations for.
they cost at least $200 an hour for a good artist, where you getting that kind of money lying around to spend on needles
Most tattoos I have seen on people certainly didn't cost $200 an hour. In fact, they're very lucky poor taste isn't illegal. Most good artists probably aren't in the tattoo business anyways.
Like most other things: budgeting and/or saving money if you don't immediately have it on hand. But that's just me.
