Um.. increase the size of the image over time? Took me all of three seconds to figure that out just now when I read your post.

Of course, it'll work much better if your still photo is higher resolution than your footage.. that way it won't lose resolution during the size increase.

    yeh, what jedi said :)

Just keframe the scale of the picture in ae and maybe keyframe the position of the picture depending on if you want to zoom in on someones face or somthing..

There is prolly a better way.. but thats how i'd do it. :p

Step 1- put image on timeline in AE
Step 2- Activate the stopwatch for the layer and create keyframes for Scale and Position at frame 1.
Step 3- Go to end frame and adjust Scale and Position to your liking and AE automatically creates new keyframes.
    Step 4- Have a doughnut- you're done.

I do that in Lightwave. If you want to know how to do it I have a tutorial somewhere on how it's done. I had some example of that in the editing competition.

Speaking of that. Does anyone know what happened to it? It has been more than a year now and we still haven't heard anything from it. I wont give it up. :p
