How do you use the force ?

lets say I was in the star wars galaxy , and a person with alot of mididclorians in my cells . pretend I walked in my living room and saw my remote on my couch . im to lazy to walk over and pick it up so I decide to use the force to get it . How exactly would I do that . reach at the remote ? imagine the remote flying to my hand ? tighten the muscles in my hand ? stare hard at the remote ? what would I do exactly to use the force ? any ideas ?

I know this is a social forum , but I wanted serious answers . well, you need first to learn how to meditate. Try to start working on your meditation exercises in a dark room. When you learn how to meditate you will learn to focus. I renember reading about how to feel the Force, but nothing about moving things.

 

it has more to do with your connection with the space between you and the remote.

if your mind can alter that space to your advantage, then you could manipulate the living force in such a way as to move that object into your hand.





of course the real problem is how to do that? ^^^
