Off the top of my head, I can think of --

Kiughfids -- Like Gormaanda from the Holiday Special

    Besalisk -- Like Dexter Jettster

    Quermians -- Like Yareal Poof

Xexto -- Like Gasgano (My personal favorite 4-armed species)

I'm sure there are many more I'm missing, (and probably something really obvious).

That's a tricky question. They have four limbs, total. Being arboreal, their forelimbs became their main locomotor appendages, i.e. tree swinging made their arms as developed as other beings' legs. Thus, when not swinging through trees, they tend to walk on their hands. Their legs, then, became their major manipulators, i.e. the equivelant of legs, and their feet became used as hands. All four paws, however, remain very dextrous. So, yeah, technically, they have four hands.

They're from Malastare, by the way.

Most "bipedal" insectoid species use their upper four limbs as arms.

The Pho Ph'eahian species is another example of four-armed aliens.

    So are the Myneyrshi.

As an aside, Besalisks are capable of having in upwards of eight arms (at least the females can).

I'm reading Bloodlines right now, and the Dabi were introduced in this book.

General Grievous had four arms. And before you say anything, I just want to point out that it's very possible that there were more than one of him around ^^

It's worth remembering that the Kaleesh (despite their name) are not four armed.
