I joined the Gym and it's embarrassing!

I have to shower and get nude in front of all these other guys. And those guys dont play it like they aint looking. THEY LOOK!! Those guys love looking I guess to compare sizes? I dont know why would they be looking at other guy's private parts. It's not only that, I mean I hate to say it but I have a small penis, it's like one inch. So it's kind of embarrassing and I dont like taking off my shorts. So I dont know what to do. Can someone give me some advice? And Is someone having trouble at the Gym? what are your experiences with Gymnasiums? I havent been to one in 3 years so it feels odd to go back and hang around all those sweaty guys.

lol, I guess you're right in a way, I dont have trouble getting girls and stuff, but when It comes to being around guys and nude I just feel uncomfortable. Do you know what I mean? It feels so wrong!

Also I cant leave the gym sweaty and dirty cause I have to change to go to work so I have to shower there. And most guys do, from what I've seen.

ABout taking a shower with my underwear, I dont know. wouldnt that show insecurity? why would a guy shower with underwears on? I'd look stupid methinks.

Aren't there cubicles? There's just one big shower room?! Gross! I would say change gyms or just learn to accept it. Nobody has said anything, the other guys are probably just used to it, you will be too eventually. If they are staring a lot though.. maybe you joined a 'specialised' gym.. and just take it as a compliment ^.~ Just don't worry! There are prolly guys around with smaller penises and you don't know because you're not looking.

Hi foxy, thanks for the good advice. well, there are cubicals but they are totally open. and you can see to the other side and some other guy is taking a shower there. so even if you look outside your space your going to see a penis in front of you. its gross, Id rather see girls but hey, its all good.

I joined the Bally fitness. supposedly they are the best, yet their lockers seem to be old and faded. And I cant change gyms cause I already paid 1200 dlls for 3 years.(no refunds) so its paid for. I need to lose the weight, but at times its embarrassing to be going around nude in front of other guys. And im not looking but at times you just cant help it and other guys just walk in front of you and show their things and its in your circular view so the only way not to look would be to close your eyes. about taking a shower with my wet shorts how am I going to wash my privates? and I still have to take them off to dry myself off.

Seriously, for anyone with this conundrum, is it feasible for you to just wash your face real quick at the sink, spray a couple shots of cologne on, and drive home to shower? (Yes, in your sweaty workout clothes) If this is that much of a problem (and those communal, 'open' showers do suck), then it might be the lesser of the two 'evils'.

Whether it's 'roid monkeys' who just need to feel superior, or senile old men with no shame, there's no need to deal with the locker room scene for one second longer than you have to.
