I just saw an Aliens Direct TV commercial

    It was from the end of Aliens with Ripley fighting the Queen, and she talks about Direct TV. I think these commercials are ruining all these good movies.

    The movies will only be "ruined" if they go back and insert the commercial into the film. Actually, that would be pretty funny. [face_laugh]

    I think they are a little silly, but can be amusing. What I don't understand is why a filmmaker would allow his films to be turned into a gimmicky commercial, although I guess it's the studios doing that. Still, I'd be pretty annoyed.
