Okay, I don't really know about you guys, but I totally like the romance between two certain Jedi Knights...well, in case you don't know who, it's Qui-Gon Jinn and Tahl. Their love story starts way back in the popular young adults series, Jedi Apprentice...

Please put down your profile if you're interested. Thanks! (BTW, you can make up your own characters. I don't care if original characters interact with real characters...as long as this RP's fun!!!)

I'm volunteering to be Qui-Gon Jinn but others might want to be him so I'll just wait until someone else posts.

 

This sounds like a good story but you need to add some rules and regulations to it, and outline your plot.


As soon as you get this a little more organized I'd love to be a part of it.

Clothing: Jedi tunic with utility belt, trousers and boots.
Story: Obi-Wan Kenobi is a smart Jedi Padawan under the tutorial of Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. He once left the Jedi to join a Peace-Making society on the planet Melida/Daan called the Young, yet he regretted it and rejoined the Jedi Order.

OOC means that you are saying something and that whole thing is not part of the RP. IC means that whole thing is part of RP.

Who's gonna be Tahl?

I kinda wanna be her...but if someone else wansta be her, I won't mind.

 

I defeinently want to be part of this website. I'll post my character a little bit later when I figure her out. Is there any prototypes you want or can we be anyone from the JA series around the ties that bind?

 

Don't really feel like taking up Bant, considered it for a moment. But then decided to stick in an OC. Took her straight out of my fics

Species: Human/Sanderai (basicly generically altered human. Better reflex, speed etc.)
Appearance: Tall (5'9) Aubrun hair with four blood red braids. Deep Sapphire eyes.
Weapon of Choice: Silver lightsaber and Sanderai daja (ceremonial Sanderai sword. Ressembles a normal sword but can extend to have two blades)
Clothing: Standard Jedi uniform with black boots and her daja slung in a holster across her back
Story: Arwen is the only known Sanderai in the Jedi Order. She was taken from her family before her first birthday by Jess Valin and Master Jinn against the government's wishes. After intense negotiation she was allowed to train.

Story: Qui-Gon Jinn is the legendary Jedi Master who is responsible for the tutorial of young Obi-Wan Kenobi and the fall of the no-longer-alive yet once evil Xanatos.

Master/Apprentice's Name: Bant Eerin Appearance: Described as quite tall and willowy,long dark hair, golden skin, Large green eyes striped with Gold, a jagged scar running from her left eye down to her chin.
Weapon of Choice: None
Clothing: Jedi Tunic and Robes
Story: Blinded during the war of Melida/Daan when she was taken prisoner, Tahl now spends most of her time inside the Jedi Temple. Tahl has only recently taken on her first apprentice, Bant.

 

Wow, there's a quite big age difference between the two...how can you be sure that Tahl is 43, Cow_Girl? She must be at least 48 if she were in Qui-Gon's classes when they were young.

 

Tahls age was never mentioned in the books, It ins't polite to ask a Ladies age anyways

So there maybe a a few years difference, is it that great of a problem? If anyone can find her true age in the books, I will happily retract her earlier stated age.

Any ideas about our first RP message?

 

Um...we need more characters. We need a Bant.

 

Well, I think that either Qui or Tahl should start it off. Maybe Obi even.

As for Bant, can't someone just write her when she's needed?

IC: Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn sighed as he walked on the mossy ground of the planet Ragoon-6. For the fifth time that day, he found himself thinking of his fellow Jedi Knight, Tahl. He felt Obi-Wan Kenobi tense beside him. "What is it?"

His young Padawan looked nervously at his master for a moment before speaking. "You okay, Master? You seem...distracted."

Qui-Gon studied Obi-Wan's face. The boy was 16, yet all of a sudden, he seemed so...young. The Jedi Master did not want to worry the boy. "It's nothing," he said after a moment of silence, and walked away, with the boy following him wordlessly, but still confused.

OOC: Wow, I actually typed down something!

 

OCC: I'll make my char one of Bant's friends just for the sake of getting Bant in here somewhere.

"Arwen! Bant's on the com for you!" Arwen Jade Dumais, Jedi Apprentice, uncrossed her legs from her meditation position and rose to her feet. She shook out her shoulder length hair and tucked one of her four braids behind her right ear.

Her Master, Jess Valin, glided pass Arwen went to the com. "Hey, Bant. What's up?"

"Jade, can we talk. Now would be good." Her friend sounded distressed, and Arwen was surprised that she was being called. Usually Bant would speak to Obi-Wan on these issues.

Then again, Obi-Wan wasn't at the Temple. He was on a training mission with Master Jinn. Arwen didn't mind playing back up, she wasn't good with compassion as Obi-Wan was.

"I'll be right down."

Arwen stepped into the dining hall, it was semi crowded as midday meal had just finished. She saw Bant at a table close to the window, the Mon Cal girl was staring up at the sky and barely noticed the Sanderai girl settling in front of her.

"What's wrong?"

Bant sighed. "Tahl left on a mission today, and she's lesf me behind again."

OCC: Blast! I can't finish the thing, I'll try to finish it unless someone wants to jump in as Bant. Or I can use her in addition to Arwen, it's all good

 

OOC: Wow...that was good!

IC: Qui-Gon hurried down the hallways of the Jedi Temple, almost knocking poor Jedi Master Twerlos Klain down. Obi-Wan tried to keep up with him but Qui-Gon was too fast. Kenobi knew his Master had a vision of Tahl sometime during their Ragoon-6 trip, yet didn't tell him what was it about. Obi-Wan decided it's best to keep quiet.

At last they reached the Council Room. Without asking for permission, Qui-Gon stormed through the doors, but Obi-Wan did not want to break the rules so he stayed outside. Tahl stood in the center of the room, facing the seated Masters. She turned as Qui-Gon walked in quickly, and frowned. But he did not mind her frown, for she was safe.

Obi-Wan Kenobi waited patiently until his Master and Tahl came out of the Council Room. "What is it?" he asked Qui-Gon.

The Jedi Master replied with a low voice. "Nothing really...Tahl was just about to go on a mission to New Apsolon."

Obi-Wan's eyes sparkled. "Really? Then I'll tell Bant so she'll get ready!" He turned to leave, but Qui-Gon stopped him with a hand on his shoulder.

"No, Padawan. Tahl does not want any companion."

His apprentice bit his lip. "I see..." Kenobi murmured.

"I must talk to Tahl," Qui-Gon said after a moment.

Obi-Wan nodded reluctantly and walked to his quarters. Qui-Gon strode up to Tahl, who was looking out a window. "Tahl?"

Her lovely face turned toward him. "Yes?"

Qui-Gon tried to speak softly and gently, yet a shroud of anxiety and worry laid above his words. "Are you sure you don't want me to aid you to New Apsolon?"

"Yes. I don't need any help." Tahl's reply was spoken in a firm voice. Qui-Gon knew he cannot risk another attempt to change her mind. He took her hand and patted it.

"All right."

That was their last quiet moment together before she left on her mission. The next day, they were arguing over Bant again. Without another word, she left for New Apsolon. Qui-Gon Jinn couldn't help but feel he shouldn't have quarelled with Tahl at all.

OOC: Whew! That was long! Okay, this takes place before and after Arwen's RP message.

 

OOC: Oooh, I thought of something!

IC: Obi-Wan Kenobi tried not to feel annoyed. His Master rather talked to Tahl than his own Padawan. The boy had a hard time trying not to feel jealous of Tahl. Did Qui-Gon know of Obi-Wan's loneliness? Or was he too wrapped up in Tahl? Obi-Wan could not come up with an answer - perhaps he never will.

Sighing, the 16-year-old Jedi left his quarters. Perhaps he should talk to Bant. She always made him feel better. But will she understand? Obi-Wan asked himself. After all, Bant's Master had also seperated herself from her Padawan. Kenobi hesitated for a moment. He knew Bant Eerin would still want to talk to him. Praying that is so, he moved on.

 

Arwen sat in silence, considering how to react to what Band had just told her. This was Obi-Wan's department, not hers. She silently cursed the Padawan for being on a blasted training excerise and tried to continue as consideratly as she could.

"Well. . .are you sure?"

"Of course I'm sure!" it was the closest that Bant was capabe of coming to shouting. "Tahl told me that she was being sent and that I wasn't coming. This only the millionth time she's done this!"

Arwen highly doubted that this was indeed the millionth time that Tahl had left her behind, but decided against pointing it out. She had to be empathetic. "Well, why would she leave you behind? When a Knight takes an apprentice, it is expected that the apprentice accompany their Master."

Bant sighed. "I don't know. I don't think she likes me, or trusts me for that matter."

"Come on, Bant. You know that's not true."

"How would you know, Jade? How would you know?" The tone was getting a bit harsh for ARwen's liking.

"Bant. I'm trying to help, but I'm limited as to what I can do about this. But, that becomes even more limited if you begin to shout at me." She said this without a flinch of annoyance.

The younger girl bowed her head. "I'm sorry, I know you're trying to help and I appreciate it."

Arwen flinched as the girl gave her a hug through the Force but tried not to let it bother her. "Perhaps we should see if Obi's back."

Bant nodded

 

Hey i'll join , i havent read the series only the one where Obi-Wan disowns the council and joins some place else i dont reember that well.

Story: Once a rouge Jedi but brought back to the order by her friend Obi-Wan. She learns to keep the darkness out of her life.

 

Dijon walked out her room. Something had been bothering her.. something else where. She thought it was funny, but then again she had just been recovered from the darkside. She saw the council room and saw Obi-Wan's Master go to Tahl. She found that rather odd. She saw Obi-Wan then walk away. She went up to him. "Hey, my little friend" she said, but she saw him not smile as he usualy did. " What's wrong Obi?"

IC: Qui-Gon strolled through the halls of the Jedi Temple. He was very upset about the rift between him and Tahl. Obi-Wan. All of a sudden, he remembered his Padawan. The poor boy probably needed Qui-Gon's comfort now that the jedi master had abandoned him for one day. Qui-Gon wheeled around and headed toward Obi-Wan's quarters.
