I'm With Busey

Has anyone else been watching this show ? Sure, some of it may be a put on (after all, reality shows are more unrealistic then scripted TV ), but I dont care. Gary Busey is a friggin nutjob and watching him take hapless Adam de la Pena under his wing gets funnier every week. Not only that, but these guys have both got the biggest set of choppers Ive ever seen, as well as the craziest hair on TV.

 

I must say he is a maniac. The strangest yet that I saw was when he went to Good Guy's Electronics Store, and he said that weapons of mass destruction are hidden in some devices.

"This camera...will blow you mother into 56 pieces that take 2 weeks to find"

 

Isn't his son the guy who played the electric green fiddle in Starship Troopers?

I looooove that fiddle.

 

Yup, that was Jake Busey in Starship Troopers.



The best part of that Good Guys scene in last week's episode was when the guy tells him ' no offense, but I think you are totally insane', and Gary responds by telling him if he doesnt have anything nice to say not to say anything at all. Then he stared him down for like thirty seconds like he was going to kill him on the spot. Classic, and it was so uncomfortable I felt it in my living room.

I also loved Gary's reaction to that guy's 'robot' daughter.

Uh, can't he be Christian and still be a nutjob? Look at Pat Robertson, he plays the role well.

Gary Busey also had a motorcycle accident a few years back and he had to have some brain surgery. The guy is crazy from all the brain damage

 

Speaking of SNL, they showed a repeat a couple of weeks ago where they did a StarDates spoof, and Jeff Richards did a dead on impersonation of Busey. Great stuff.
