No, it's in English. It's a very very good movie, too.

    Very sad, though.

does it matter if its in subtitles or not ?

I bet you are one of those people who watched the dubbed version of Crouching Tiger, and applauded the english remake of La Femme Nikita

aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh - I thought mods had their sense of humours surgically removed the day they get their colours ;)

AmazingB hasn't made a single sarcastic comment in a week :(

back on topic(ish) - what are your views on subtitles ? Would subtitles put you off watching a movie ? (aimed at the original poster).

I sometimes get the impression that some people will refuse to watch a movie purely because it is in another language. That was more or less the reason for the american remake of La Femme Nikita

A good movie is a good movie no matter what language it is in. Oh, and I really hate dubbed movies.

    I don't like dubbed movies...

    EXCEPTION

If there's an American movie I own with an extra language track on the DVD, I like watching the dub track sometimes. "The Fifth Element" in Spanish is AWESOME. :D

    Rick McCallum loves you!

"Life is Beautiful" is in subtitles and it is an ammmmmmazing film. If you loved the pianist, as I did, I'm sure you'll love this one too. But no the pianist isn't in subtitles.

Its a movie about a different country so it would have to be in subtitles? [face_plain]

It's in not in subtitles, but all the same, it doesn't lower the quality of the film.

It would be a bonus if you could speak French or have been to Warsaw before, because that way you would see the accuracy of the signs and the words used.
