Is there a difference between Our Gang and Little Rascals?

    Our Gang was the original name those short films when they were originally released theatrically,they only became The Little Rascals when they were syndicated to television in the 1950s,and due to the rights over that name.

    One major distinction of Our Gang and Little Rascals is that the Our Gang shorts were done in the 20s-mid30s (if I remember right), and Little Rascals came about in the late thirties and went into the forties. If you just happen to start watching one in the middle, you can usually tell that Our Gang has Ferina (don't know about the spelling), Jackie (Cooper), Chubby, and Joe. Our Gang has Alfalfa, Porky, Buckwheat, (more prominantly) Spanky, Darla... There are more for both, but I can't remember them all.

    I just possibly could be wrong with some of this, though... [face_worried]
