Out of curiosity, what side were the Ithorians on? I would presume the side of the Republic, given that they care so much for life and the Separatists use droids, but I have no idea.

It would make the most sense if they were on the Republic's side. They aren't really hateful of droids, and the fact that the Separists used droids wouldn't make them wary of joining them. The Ithorians were (and still are) very conservative, and the Old Republic embodied all of the values that they valued.

their general cultural stance on war might also put them on the side of the republic as they would not want to be the aggressor. however, i can see that as a whole, the ithorian involvement in the clone would be pretty minor, unless the separatists wanted to bring the fight to them for strategic meanings.

Nothing mentioned on the Official Site, either. Thus far, it covers their role in the Galactic Civil War and the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, but nada about the Clone Wars.

I don't like the Hammerheads. They weren't too talkative when I met some in Taris city.

well, we know one Ithorian who's not gonna sit back during the clone wars:

I imagine that they're sort of neutral. There's the Jedi Ithorian, but they are opposed to war. I would bet that they were against the Military Creation Act.

Well, according to the NEGtPaM, Ithorians were supposed to be master cloners, which, if I remeber correctly, fits in with Momaw Nadon and the two "kids" of Captain Alima in Dark Apprentice. So as another group of cloners, the Republic would have undoubtedly have sought to have Ithor on it's side during the Clone Wars and keep it there. But then the Ithorians were supposed to be a peaceful race. It's rather understandable why they'd want to join the rebellion after the Empire, thanks to Captain Alima, threatened to destroy the mother jungle. But during the Clone Wars, unless there's some reason mentioned for them to side with either faction, it seems likely that they'd try to be neutral during the war.
