They're cutting down a tree or something down there. I think it's the council, but do they have to do it NOW???!!!??

Well, of course. Because we'll all be feeling that in most cases they wouldn't bother to post during an actual emergency because they'd be busy, so they clearly must not be in much of an emergency.
