It's rained and rained for 5 days

    It's rained and rained for 5 days now. Seven people have died and over 200 homes are damaged or completely destroyed because of it. I've even seen a house float away.

    When will this rain end?

    In FL, he just finished 2 weeks worth of rain EVERY DAY. I feel your pain. :)

    texas/san antonio area by any chancce? i go to school there, and the dorm that i'm RAing next semester was flooded in '98 when there were big rains over there also... not looking forward to that :p

    Last year, we had Tropical Storm Allison in Houston. It was one of the worst storms/floods in our history.

    The rain lasted for a period of a week. But one night alone, some areas had 26" in a very short period.

    Yeah, it can be bad. But I love rain! I'm so happy when I wake up and it's all dark outside.

    It rained for like 4 minutes in Vegas tha other day. Good enough to mess my car up, after I washed it.
