On Tuesday I am seeing Itzhak Perlman In concert in Sarasota Florida. they list the music pieces he will be doing. I believe one of them is Beethoven, but it also list a surprise announcement that will be announced at the show, could the surprise be that John Williams will be a guest conductor? Is John Williams going to be In Florida on Tuesday?
I have no idea where JW is going, just wanted to ask what Beethoven piece Perlman will be playing? IIRC Beethoven only wrote one violin concerto, and it's one of my favorites in that genre.

Izhak Perlman and John Williams worked together on Schindler's List. Perhaps they play a few tracks from that?
you were correct he played the theme from Schindlers list but no Johnny, the show was great I really enjoyed it!
Vivaldi, Beethoven, Schumann, and Stravinsky, performed by Perlman and de Silva, yes, that would be a great show. I'm not familiar with Dushkin, but he must be good to be included in that company.
I saw John Williams conduct that with a wonderful Asian woman on violin. Then last year, the Oregon Symphony played both the Main Theme from Schindler's List and the Remembrances theme as well, using the Oregon concertmaster as the soloist. That was also excellent.
Was Stravinsky still composing when Copeland was? They couldn't have been far apart chronologically. I wonder if they ever met.
