I already have a good idea for where I can get some decent Mandalorian armor pieces and a helmet for a costume. However, I'm a bit puzzled as to what kind of suit Mandalorians wear beneath their armor that connects all of the pieces together. I always thought it may have been some kind of karate gi, but now that I've looked at pics of Mandalorians closer, they seem to be wearing some kind of mono-colored jumpsuit. What do most Mandalorian costumers use for their undersuits?

I used a modified flight suit/jumpsuit. When I say modified, I changed the collar and also the pockets.

The armor for the chest, shoulders, collar, and neck attach to a vest you wear on top of the jumpsuit. The leg armor i used snaps to attach it to the suit directly.

That's the way to do it[face_dancing]

try TDH (The Dented Helmet) if theres anything else you need to know, it's nearly dedicated strictly to Mandos.

I use a Red Dickies Shortsleeve Jumpsuit

I drew up a pic of the undersuit so my friend would have reference, but I gave it to him and don't have it. I'll have to make a copy.
