Does anyone believe that the supposed deleted scenes between Palpatine and Jar Jar will be released for the fans to see?

Apparently these scenes really add more meaning and intrigue to the relationship between those two in the lead up to the Empire.

Do these scenes even exist? Or was Ahmed Best having a joke or something?

I remember downloading a leak of it on the internet one time. Here it is:

Jar Jar: Did yousa ever hear bout the tragedy of Darth Plageuis the wise?
Palpatine: Umm...yes. I actually know that story.
Jar Jar: Mesa think not. Thesa not a story the bombad Jedi woulda told you. Thesa a Sith Legend.
    Palpatine: But...
Jar Jar: Hesa so powerful, hesa use midichlorians to make life. Hesa also keep people from dying.
Palpatine: ...ummm...ok...we'll do this. He could actually save people from death?
Jar Jar: Desa dark side of the Force isa pathway to muy muy possibilities some bombad consider...unnatural.
Palptine: So he became so powerful...the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power...
Jar Jar: ...which hesa eventually did...
Palpatine: Stop it! That's my story! I know it because I killed Darth Plageuis in his sleep! I was his apprentice!
Jar Jar: Ironic...hesa coulda save others from death...
Palpatine: Yes! Yes! Yes! But not himself!
Jar Jar: Not from a Jedi...
    Palpatine: ...

For those unfamiliar, this is the description from Mr. Best, from 2012:

“In Revenge of the Sith, there was a scene that was cut where I’m walking down a long pathway with Ian McDiarmid before he is turned into the Emperor,” Best explains. “And Palpatine kind of thanks Jar Jar for putting him in power. It’s a really interesting scene, and it shows the evolution of Jar Jar from this fun-loving kid’s character into this manipulated politician. And it was an interesting arc for the character that I thought could have been explored, because the scene is really dark. But it just didn’t fit in the movie, which I understand. But yeah, George’s take on it is Jar Jar is now just a politician.”

Wasn't there some rumour that "Jar Jar is the key," and that he was actually the one manipulating everyone?

I remember Robot Chicken and HISHE went so far as to fully explore that hilarious possibility. That really would have changed the entire history of how his character was viewed!

You need to research the Darth Jar Jar theory. It's fabulous.

Well if you go watch the behind the scenes footage, George did say out of his mouth "Jar Jar is the key to all of this." Not sure if he was talking about TPM, a scene in it, or the PT saga as a whole.

I really wish the hate for Jar Jar didn't drive George to basically shelve the character. He's not one of my favorites but he isn't horrible either. People hate him because he's annoying, but that's the point. Fans didn't take him seriously and neither did the characters around him in the movie. I would have liked to see where George went with the character. Like if Jar Jar had to make a choice between the Emperor and the friends he made on Naboo. I guess we will never know unless Disney wants to explore it.
