    I voted for Toronto, the current goalie and defense are probably not up to the task, but I have to think they will get at least one cup with Matthews at some point

    I was at last year’s Toronto/Montréal season opener, and it was one of the most fun sporting experiences I’ve had in my life. Wish I could go this year, might try to swing the Thursday or Saturday game so I can take my mother-in-law.

    That sounds fun, @PymParticles, is she a big fan? My mother is almost impossible to sit with because gets too angry at the refs.:p

    No; she’s Peruvian, and I don’t think she’s ever watched a hockey game in her life :p But she likes watching sports overall (pretty big baseball and basketball fan) and it’s her first time visiting Toronto, so I figure it should be fun for her. She’s also never seen me raise my voice above a polite indoor-volume in the six years I’ve known her, so it’ll be a bonding experience for her to watch me lose my mind every time anything happens.
