Jedi Strike Team (EU - NJO: Star By Star) at Dragon*Con 2010!

A group of us originally did this costume at Celebration III and we had a lot of fun with it so a couple of us were talking about doing it again at D*C this year (since some people couldn't make it to CIII and so on, plus a good number of us aren't going to CV). It's the 17-manned Jedi Strike Team led by Anakin Solo that goes to Myrkr during the Yuuzhan Vong War (even though we will be including the two Dark Jedi, making 19 costumes in all! ).

If you're heading to Dragon*Con this year and you're a fan of the NJO and want to fill one of these slots, please let me know! The costumes aren't too difficult. They're brown jumpsuits (that we're all ordering from the same place and so on) with a few props included and maybe a little blood here or there.

! We will definitely post pictures - I feel the same about the NJO! I'm hoping we can get a few more members of the team by then (especially ones like Anakin, Alema and Zekk and so on) so we're a more filled out team and we can do the book more justice.

 

I'd be interested if it weren't for the fact that I am working on a separate project that I am hoping to have completed for CV. I really want to unveil this one, there!

Although... Zekk looks like he could be pretty easy to do. Who knows?

But if you keep this up as an ongoing thing, maybe I can take part in the future. Always looking forward to seeing more costumes from the book series!

I would love to be a part of this. Unfortunately, I highly doubt I'll be going to DC. I have never actually been, but my priority is CV this year.
