Holy cow, this is amazing news!! Diego Luna was one of the best parts of Rogue One. Come for The Mandalorian, stay for Cassian.

He was my favorite character in Rogue One so this is a instant watch for me.

I do wonder if they'll deal with Cassian meeting K2. It seems like an obvious story for a series like this (there's surely no doubt Alan Tudyk will be back too, right?) but I wonder how/if that comic story will figure in. An adaption would be cool, but I don't really see them doing that rather than a more unique take on the idea. I feel like this is one of the places where the "one canon" approach might cause an issue; the comic story is fairly pedestrian, and written at a time when a series like this presumably wasn't in anyone's wildest dreams. Now that there's a chance to get a definitive Cassian-meets-K2 story... who knows.

Anyway. This is super exciting. And a ton of potential. Young Leia for sure.

This is...wow, this is lit. This is absolutely amazing. Out of everything I would've expected to find out about today...this wasn't among them. But color me super excited!

 

This is amazing. I hope they take more inspiration from Dark Forces and turn Cassian completely into the new Kyle Katarn.

 

All of this. Man, the potential for this is off the dang charts. Enfys is absolutely perfect for this.

 

Meh. I’m not excited. Cassian along with the rest of Rogue One (aside from Jyn Erso) are boring one-dimensional characters. I’m excited for the Mandalorian tbh. A fresh face

 

My anticipation and hype level for this show?
