Killer Bigfoot movie -- ABOMINABLE with Drew Struzan poster

    There's a trailer up for a horror movie about Bigfoot called "Abominable" at http://www.abominablethemovie.com

    It has a Drew Struzan poster!
    Also, the music was done by Lalo Schifrin, who also did THX-1138, and Skywalker Sound worked on it too.

    Um, interesting. It doesn't look all that great, but the poster is cool. I wish that more posters were drawn, rather than photo images.

    Yeah, I can't believe they didn't use Drew's poster for Hellboy, and used that X-Men ripoff one instead.

    Hopefully the trend will go back to drawn posters someday...

    I'm confused... do you mean Drew's Hellboy poster was better, or the photographic one they ended up using for Hellboy?

    There was a movie about Bigfoot a while ago also called Abominable (in hindsight, it probably was about the Abominable Snowman, but the myths overlap) and I knew one of the lead actors in it. Anywho, that's about as close to hollywood as I've ever gotten.

    My friend and I are big Bigfoot buffs. So we've been waiting on this for about a year now. I think it looks pretty cool, considering it's a bigfoot movie and there arn't many good ones. It looks like they're making the bigfoot out to be a vicious killer.

    Drew Struzan is the guy who does Star Wars right? The artwork looks like the same style.

    Drew Struzan did every movie I grew up loving! He did the posters for Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, Goonies --- you name it.

    I've alwasy wanted someone to make a Bigfoot movie. As a kid, I loved those old documentaries like "In Search of...". I don't really believe in Bigfoot but the stories are very cool. It'd be nice if someone could make a mainstream Bigfoot movie based on these "first hand events" instead of a typical, cliched slasher flick.
