Here's a list of ways to gain influence with various characters in KotOR II: The Sith Lords. Not all of these are mine. I've compiled this list from the LucasArts boards.

Please add to this as it's not very long.

    Bao Dur:
Onderon: Give the Republic spy the Starport Visa
Nar Shaddaa: Let the girl merchant stay, and help Oondar leave. If he says, "I don't
know what to do," select first answer to make him become a Jedi.
Nar Shaddaa: Fix the air speeder. ?Have Bao Dur check the air speeder.?

    Atton:
Nar Shaddaa: Two Twi'leks in the Refugee Sector remark that "Atton" is not his real
name. Confront him about it later.
Nar Shaddaa: Fix the air speeder. ?I?ll let the expert handle this.?

    Handmaiden:
Ebon Hawk: Spar with her three times. Get her to put clothes on, ask about them.
Ask Kreia about Handmaiden's mother, learn she was a Jedi.
Onderon: Give the Republic spy the Starport Visa.
Onderon: Give the first family you encounter the Starport Visa.
Dantooine: Refuse to help the Azkul attack Khoonda.

    Mira:
Nar Shaddaa: Take her to the spot where Kreia lets you 'feel' the city (near
    entertainment module).
Nar Shaddaa: Stand in front of the entrance to the cantina and pazaak den. She will
have a vision and its done.
Dxun: Talk to her before and after fighting the three Duros.

    Visas:
Onderon: Give the first family you encounter the Starport Visa.
Dantooine: Goad Akkerre (droid-parts merchant) into attacking you.

    Mandalore:
Onderon: Side with General Vaklu. Say that you need to build his trust as you might
    need him as an ally.
Respond with answers that an aggressive, yet "honorable" warrior would agree with.

    Kreia:
She wants you to manipulate the crew. When she explains anything like this say, "ok,
there is wisdom to your words etc.."
