KOTOR are spots on map hidden planets?

if you look on the map in the ebon hawk there are white dots, later on in the game, one of those becomes the unknown world, but at the end of the game i think there are 4 dots still left, could those be other planets that can somehow be asscesed?
if so, which planets?

 

Don't think so. The planets of KOTOR are, in order of availability, Taris, Dantooine, Yavin, Tatooine, Kashyyyk, Manaan, Korriban, and Rakata (what I call the Unknown World).

 

And Yavin if you play it on the PC.

 

Yavin was mentioned in there the first time.Speaking of which, what is the point of going there anyway?

 

I'm going to redirect this to KOTOR: Hints, Tips, Strategies, Walkthroughs , but I don't beleive any new planets could go this long without detection.
