Csaplar's downtown Botanical Gardens were absolutely beautiful at just about any time of the year, but when the planetary underground seasonal sensors made the gradual switch from summer to fall, this was when the water lilies were at there most verdant, the moss grown stones adding soft touches of green along the well kept stone paths. The waterfalls were popular spots for Festivus family cards (Thrawn and Thalias had happy memories of family photos taken here, Thurifian not so much), so when Jaina and Thrawn learned that they were having a baby, they had been overjoyed. Of course, Vader was more than thrilled, the Sith Lord was down right ecstatic. He had a dynasty secured, and how many Sith Lords could make that same claim? Of course, considering Jaina was from the distant future and trying very hard not to change the timeline, the decision was made to keep the young couple patrolling the Unknown Regions for the time being.

Jaina fidgeted in the maroon colored empire waisted maternity frock, the bust was getting too tight. "I hope you appreciate this," Jaina addressed her unborn daughter. The only response was another gentle kick to the ribs, and it was here Thrawn finally caught up to her. He kissed her gently, "Are you ready for the photo?" Jaina nodded, and laced her hands with his. There were birds singing in the graceful white barked willow trees, wildflowers still flourishing along the banks, the white spray from the waterfalls occasionally splashing them both. A joint laugh, how happy they were for the future.
