Every scene with Johnny is priceless; I just had to settle on the sublime Leon bit.

 

The tower? THE TOWER? RAPUNZEL! RAPUNZEL!

 

Not sure I can list 5, but the "I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue" bit is priceless. And awkward IRL when people don't know what it's from.

 

The bar dance scene is my pick.

This is actually from Airplane 2, but IMO it's still the funniest bit in either movie.
