It it just me or does Luke seem to be more hurt by the death of Ben then he did by the death of Owen and Beru? He know Ben for manybe a day. But he lived with his aunt and uncle all his life. He is all sad when Obi-wan is killed but doesn't see as upset when Owen and Beru are killed.

Well first off, he understands that what he believes is fate, but is really the Force, spared his life at home. He takes his grief and uses it to strengthen his resolve against the Empire (I want to become a Jedi Knight like my father.)

He doesn't exactly have much time to grieve for his Aunt and Uncle, who he also didn't get along with famously. The amount of time they spend at the hut is not known, so maybe he did have that brief emotional attack.

He doesn't get too sad over Kenobi for that long, as the TIEs soon attack the Falcon, and after that he sort of forgets about it. Also, Obi-Wan was all he had left, the key to this promised future of becoming a Jedi, and a wise mentor, and now Luke is alone to face this incredible task. Coupled with the emotional stress of the escape from the Death Star, he shows it (briefly), when he has some short downtime, and opportunity he never gets (on camera, anyway) back home.

He was so upset when Ben died because Ben was his last bit of family left.

I'd say Luke was more shocked by the sudden and completely dumbfounding death of Obi Wan right before his very eyes. He wasn't that upset because 2 minutes later he's wetting himself with joy after blowing up a TIE fighter. Remembering Obi Wan was the last thing in his life with any relationship to him and his family at all.

With Owen and Beru its more than just being sad, or shocked. He's shaken to his very core and doesn't know how to react. He likely knew from miles away that the worst had happened and when he got there he was helpless. And remember he did force himself to look at them one last time dispite being sickened by it all.
His whole world was swept away. When that sort of thing happens you don't start crying like a little girl (as he does in Bespin), you just go numb.

    Luke went numb.

Plus he thought Vader murdered his father and now Vader came and murdered Obi-Wan.

Count_Vaseline is bang on - that's exactly what I was going to say. The effect of seeing someone killed right before your eyes is likely very different than that of finding someone already dead.
