The first sweeping shot of Kashyyyk shows Jedi Luminara Unduli speaking to some Clone troopers (also shown on her bio on starwars.com). Apparantly she was Order 66'd on Kashyyyk.

Going along the same lines of the missing Shaak Ti death-scene, I wonder if Lum's death would make the DVD.

I could see how it would hit the cutting-room floor, since it would probably take away from the Yoda attempt. Doesn't seem like there's a good place for it.

She is shown in the movie, just not when she dies.

In the Comic it shows her being shot by Clone Scouts, or whatever they are. much in the same style as Ki Adi Mundi.

    136 EXT. KASHYYYK-EDGE OF VILIAGE-DAY

The battle appears to be over. WOOKIEES stack destroyed Droids while CLONES assess the damage to their equipment. A Jedi, LUMINARA UNDULI, talks with EIGHT CLONE OFFICERS standing in a circle around her. Suddenly they reveal their hidden pistols and blast her before she can react.

    That's from the screenplay

If it was filmed it might be included on the DVD, though if it is it will be reinserted because there wouldn't be much point having a 5-10 second deleted scene separate.Could be wrong though.

They may extend Order 66 like they did several scenes, particularly the podrace in TPM.

I hope they do extended it, theres all that dramatic choral music at the end of Anakins Betrayal when Bail is landing in his speeder and talking to the clones which i thought would have been fitting as a sad death of a Jedi.

YES!!! Me too! When I hear that score on the CD (#4, I believe) it is obvious that Order 66 was meant to be a longer scene. In the movie it is much shorter.

They should just include a second DVD called "Order 66". Two hours of pure Jedi betrayal.

Once again going to the screenplay, there are several Jedi death scenes cut from Order 66.

It starts how it is in the movie with Obi-Wan blasted and falling into the water, and then Ki-Adis death followed By Aalya (except she gets 2 lines of dialogue before she is killed.)Then Barriss Offee is killed, followed by Yoda dropping his stick. Then Luminara and even Quinlan Vos are shot down on Kashyyk (though its doubtful they casted anyone for Vos,) then it is Plo Koon in his starfighter and Stass Allie on the speeders, then the Yoda killing the clones sequence and it carries on from there as in the film into the temple attack.

I think there is going to be a lot more added to the movie on the DVD,so we will probably see what happened to Luminara and Shaak Ti.

Quinlan Vos was never filmed. As far as we know, they never filmed Luminara's death.

a pity, his death was the best in order 66

being blown inside his own turbotank by his comrades, instead we got the stupid cheap scene of the jedi being killed by a clone on a speeder

I though stass allie's death was good, and not "cheap". it was sad to see her speeder crash and burn.

I thought that scene was a quick homage to the ROTJ speeder bike scenes.

Anyone else notice the vultures in the background picking at the bodies of dead Clone Troopers in that scene ?

I read in the episode 3 charactors book that she only got lost, mean that she could have been alive and hiding in the forest since she's got a good camaflage in the dark and in the bush's.

look i know what we all want in the dvd but you might as well start lowering your expectaions becasue were most likely gonna get some stupid pointless delted scenes like from AOTC with padme's parents, actions scens are ussally never in delted scenes. Now i "want" the dvd to have like a six hour version of the movie, but thats not gonna happen. so lower your expetations so that way if it is great and your expeations are low then it will be like the best thing ever!

Well I'm optimistic - but im not expecting all that much. If there isnt an extended Order 66 the sequence is still amazing and one of the best in cinema let alone Star Wars, if it is made longer and is improved by extending it only makes it all the better.

Maybe Gree was suppossed to take out Yoda first and then Lumianara. Since Yoda killed Gree, I wonder how the other Clones were notified? I guess word got around. By that time, maybe Lumianara had time to escape.
