M&M's vs. (Canadian/UK) Smarties: You Choose

Being a Canadian living in the US, it's rare that I get to relish in the Smarties of my youth. I am presently eating chocolate M&M's and wishing I had a bag of Smarties to compare them to.

So, for those of you who have had both (chocolate M&M's and Canadian/UK Smarties), which do you think is better?

Peanut M&M's are better than those two.

I can't really say I have a preference.

 

Peanut Butter M&M's are even better, imo, but that's not the point!

Smarties are nice, but crispy M&M's are nicer.

 

We have both brands in New Zealand (and used to have the similar "Pebbles").

M&Ms > Pebbles > Smarties.

 

They don't sell Pebbles anymore? Never noticed.

And M&Ms are still better though.

 

I like them equal. I buy at least one chocolate bar product every day, no lie, every day, and it's usually 2 in a shot, and I have a hell of a time choosing. I'm more likely to buy Reeses Pieces than Smarties or M&M's.

Today, it was a Caramel Mars Bar.

EDIT : Thinking about it now, I also bought a dark chocolate Kit Kat, a few hours before the Mars.

M&Ms > Smarties > any variation of M&Ms (peanut, almond, crispy, etc)

 

American Smarties make for a good cutter when you snort Pixi Stix.

I prefer M&Ms to Smarties as I like the chocolate im M&Ms more. However, I really like the 'Dark Side' M&Ms that came out when ROTS was playing. They weren't sold here in the UK but a US friend brought me a bunch of packs when he came over for a visit. (I still have some of them and dip into them occasionally).

 

I like the peanut M&Ms the best.

 

Smarties are better than M&Ms. Peanut M&Ms are a whole different ball game.

 

We have both I don't have to choose. I just mix them all around in a bowl too make a sugar load goodness. If you want to really go extra extra sugary smother them in chocolate syrup, heat it in the micowave for one minute until melted add marshmellows and use it as a dip with your choice of cookies.

No it's good espicially with Bakalava .
or if your a normal person, just crackers are o.k.

 

I'm not diabetic but just reading that almost put me in a coma.
