Mario Kart : Double Dash

Well people I imagine some of you have played this amazing race game for the nintendo Gamecube.
Lets start off by asking if every time you play do you use the same characters?
If so what ones do you play with?

Green team: Yoshi & Luigi

 

Koopa driving, Paratroopa on the back for lift and aerodynamics.

 

Shellheads: Paratrooper and Baby Bowser

I usually swap the team around. But Boo usually ends up in there cos of his abiity to get all the special items. I always use the gold Kart though

 

I loved that game

Me and my friend we played VS but instead of going against each other we worked toghether ( we did this because it ment we got a better range of special items. We went throught the whole game


Toad and Bowser Jr is the team i use... lightweight, use toad's special item for speed and Bowser Jr's for attack. Nice combo I think

 

I don't always, but my stepbrother was always Yoshi and I was usually Luigi. However, we had a heavy team as well with him as Wario and me as Bowser.

 

While not a bad game in and of itself, DD let me down (so much that I was compelled to craft my first ever GameFAQS review--12KB's~!).

Anyways, Bowser Jr. & a Troopa in the Little Blue or Bullet Kart is the choice of Champions.

Well since I started this thread I guess I should've put what characters I actually use...

My regulars are Daisy and Paratroopa...I love their specials and I never drive with anyone else...
When I'm that duo nobody can stop me...

Except my good close friends Manda_Jade and Twilight Princess!

Hey guys.. I was just wondering if anyone has heard about something weird I was told about the Double Dash Time Trials...

Is it true that if you get a ridiculously good time that you unlock a shadow driver that represents the designer of the game?!!

After I seen you posted that I was curious and went onto a google website to try to fugure out more... Apparently it's true and if you have a good game a shadow will appear in the form of Tsuyoshi Watanabe... Taht's all I could figure out but it was very intriguing...

 

Bowser and Daisy, or Mario and Daisy.


I've won Mario Kart tournaments at my university on several occassions.
