San Diego, CA May 19th Star Wars Movie Marathon

Wednesday May 19th is one year prior to the opening of Episode III. Lets celebrate by watching Episode 1 & 2 at L&B starting at 7pm. Pizza dinner as usual or potluck? Please post below if you plan to attend.

 

I have to work that night. I might be able to make it for Episode 2, but I definitely won't be there at 7.

 

Just two....hardly a marathon....but I'll be there.

 

/\ Well it is a Wednesday, by the time the movies are over it will be after 11pm and people have to work, yourself included.

- Take 15 Freeway
- Take the Scripps Poway Parkway Exit off of the 15 freeway and head East
- Go East about 4-5 miles until you reach Kirkham (One light past Pomerado Road)
- Turn Left on Kirkham, take the next left on Kerran
- Drive to the end of Kerran Street, we are in the building on the right.
- Go thru the glass doors and head up the blue staircase to your left.


Directions from El Cajon, Lakeside, and all points East:

Take the 67 north to Scripps Poway Parkway
Go West to Kirkham turn Right
Make the first left onto Kerran Street

 

I thought I'd bring this thread up as a lot of people at the party tonight had forgotten we were doing this. Please post if you plan to attend so I can bring enough food for everyone.

 

I'd like to go, but school the next day. . . I'll think about it. We're not doing anything after APs anyways.

 

Hooray! We haven't had a movie marathon in a while.

I'm up for it but I doubt the rest of my family will be.

September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day and it's a SATURDAY!!!! Many more movies for the Marathon!

Does anyone coming to the movie marathon tomorrow want the Star Wars Insider? For some reason, I am having two copies delivered to my house now, so I will bring my extra copy tomorrow, and someone can have it. (One is coming under my maiden name, and the other under my old married name - weird). The Chapter Rep from Boston (StarWarsChick14 - Roseanna Chickos) has her collection on page 61 of the insider )

It's iffy if I'll be able to show up for the movies. All will depend on how far I am on a project that I need to have 50% complete by friday morning.

 

If Susie will stay home with Jay, I'll come out at least for the first movie.

YAY! The "other Brendon" just called and said he is coming tonight. Maybe the two Brendan's can finally meet... hopefully the meeting won't cause a cataclysmic event that will destroy the whole universe.
