Medal of Honour: allied assault. where are the medals?

Hey I know this game is old but can someone please tell me or direct me to a place where i can find a list of all the medals that i can potentially earn while playing this game? I have only seemed to be able to get 4 of them and the case has 10 or 12 slots for other medals. Do I get different medals during different levels? Is it the harder it becomes, the more medals i can rack up? thanks

Bronze Star: beat the game on easy.

Silver Star: beat it on medium.

The Distinguished Service Cross: beat game on hard.

Legion of Merit: The Rescue - There is a guy being interogated at some point through the mission. Find him, and get him out to get the medal. Beware he dies easily.

Norwegian Cross: Scuttling the U-529 - Pick up the documents before leaving the sub.

American Campaign Medal: Omaha Beach - Complete the mission.

Good Conduct Medal: The Command Post - You need to search for the explosives and then destroy the 2 Tiger tanks around the perimeter.

Distinguished Service Medal: Sniper's Last Stand (Part 1) - You need to keep all of the bazooka and tank teams alive. Very annoying medal to get.

Army Commendation Medal: Return to Fort Schmerzen - On the sniper part, finish with under 5 casualties.
