Do you think he actually did the crime of child abuse? Please discuss.

This creature has many issues, both mentally and physically (I mean, did you see that mugshot--ugh!). In short, I would not be surprised if he did.

I think he has become a kind of freaky toad. After that deal with the baby and the window last year, nothing would suprise me. I am sure that he did it and he won't be able to buy his way out of this one.

To me, I would think he would hide it more if he did the crime of molesting a child. Yeah, he keeps looking wierder through the years but I just don't think he would do it. I think there are some greedy people out there and he is a big target. I think he allows himself to become a target by opening up some questionable circumstances such as the way he is around children. Plus you got to think about where the parents were. These are some stupid parents to let their child be alone with this guy in the first place. They knew what they were doing and they were just bidding their time until they thought it was appropriate.

He totally did it. Who has a secret bedroom with a trap door leading to it with pictures of kids on the wall? Freaky child molesters, that's who. He paid off the last one, and he'll probably pay off this one.

I don't think he can pay his way out of this. I heard the law has changed from ten years ago. Something about the D.A. can press charges even if the victim doesn't want to.

Jeff- Did they actually see that he had a secret bedroom with a trap door? That is rather freaky! I guess I would need to see more evidence.

Yeah, he had the secret room. Actually, that makes me happy that they can press charges even if the victim doesn't want to. I've thought MJ was a sick freak since that first case 10 years ago. It'd be fun to see how long he lasts in the big house... hehe

Oh no, Bubbles! How will Michael Jackson handle being in prision if he's convicted of child molestation charges? You know what happens to people who end up in prison for that don't you, Bubbles? Oh, poor Michael. :(

This is probably horrible, but I remember last year sometime when Conan O'Brien did one of those things with the picture of the celebrity with the mouth cut out and someone else's mouth there saying things, and he had a Michael Jackson one. They had Michael talking about how Bubbles did one of his 39 nose jobs. :)

I would personally be shocked if he were not found guilty on the molestation charges. I doubt very much that he didn't do it.

You would think he would be smarter not to get caught or whatever if he did it. I mean people are going to look at you even after 10 years of being accused of child molestation. He definitely is not all there in the brains department.

The law in California was changed because of the incident ten years ago with MJ - the DA felt it was necessary to prosecute suspected child molesters even if the victim would not testify but the evidence was strong enough to file charges. At least that is what I understand from listening to the news. The parents of the boy ten years ago were too easily bought off - so what does that tell you? If that had been my son, no amount of money would satisfy my need for vengeance and the desire to see MJ behind bars.

MJ is a freak and he admits sleeping with boys (albeit claiming they only sleep in the same bed)...that in itself is sick for a 44 year old "male" to admit. Personally, I would not be surprised if the charges are true.

I guess my problem with it is if you take away the name Michael Jackson and inserted the name of the creepy guy down the street there would be less question about guilt. The difference is instead of creepy guy with candy you have multi-millionaire with personal disneyland. And the parents of the children who allow their children be exposed to this behavior are just as guilty. I agree with you 250% Leslie, I have no children but if I did, I couldn't find a bat big enough. Granted, if I had children, the last place I'd take them is to Mr. Creepy's playland

44 year old men DO NOT sleep in the same bed/socialize/hang out with 12 year old boys. No doubt in my mind that he's a pedaphile, he's classic. And besides, he looks like a gelfling..weird muppet man.

I was shocked when OJ was found not guilty. Anything can happen. Juries are terribly unpredictable. I'd love to see a jury of MJ's peers though. Twelve creepy men.
