Mission Impossible 3 (Offical Thread)

What is known so far


1) Filming Starts In July 2005

2) The Cast Is : Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Laurence Fishburne, Keri Russell, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Michelle Monaghan, Philip Seymour Hoffman

3) Laurence Fishburne will play Tom Cruise's mentor, while Philip Seymour Hoffman will play the villain.

4) One part of the story (RUMOR as far as I know) is that Tom Cruse's character Ethan Hunt will be training a new agent (Keri Russell)

5) The Release Date Is : May 5, 2006

I hope it doesn't suck as much as M:I2, because the original was awesome. Laurence Fishburne sounds good, but Denzel Washington would be better.

Does anyone else think that the pictures of the newest version of Link from Legend of Zelda almost seems to have Tom Cruise's face?

I think Link looks like Tom used to back in his Legend days.

Lindsay Lohan, Scarlett Johansson, and Katie Holmes were all considered for the female lead. The role eventually went to Michelle Monaghan.

Honestly I would of liked Lindsay Lohan for the part, she is actually a good actor. (well, she was in Parent Trap, her acting skills could of sucked by now)

I'd been looking forward to M:I III for a long time now. When I learned they were replacing it with War of the Worlds I was partially disappointed, but I'm sure WOTW will be good. I hope MI: III is really good.

This is a joke, right? The last MI was one of the worst films ever made. Tom should stick to acting and leave the directors chair for directors. One was enough.

No, no one would be able to solve it.

Both M:Is have sucked for me. I'll be skipping this one.

 

The first one is excellent, the second one is like a TV movie.

 

If tom cruise is in it, it sucks.

 

I had read somewhere that Karen Ann Moss was supose to be in it. Although, with Laurence Fishburn in it, I would be looking for Neo.

That would be funny have Morpheus on one side and Trinity on the other and have good ol' Tom Cruise in the middle.
