Besides the fact that my local Targets seem to be restocking, even on basic figures, there are other goodies to be had. While wandering through the Halloween section tonight and looking at the DV, clone/stormtrooper, and Anakin costumes for kids, I turned the corner around to the very back wall of the store and found some Christmas goodies. :)

    I found four different items:

    1) a Santa Yoda snowglobe, with things like R2 and an X-wing on the base of the globe

    2) a set of holiday ornaments--there are five mini ships or other objects in the box. Mostly these are ships, and emerging from something. The Falcon is coming out of a cloudbank. The Tie-Fighter is emerging from the Death Star (which is not to scale). Slave 1, from a dustcloud? An AT Walker from a snowcloud. The X-Wing from something round and yellow. All of these hang by golden cords, and are flat on the back.

    3) a two-pack of DV's head and a flat picture ornament of the one sheet for RotS

    4) a two-pack of 3PO's head and a flat picture ornament of the one sheet for TPM

Also seen at Target in the kids' section in HBA (Health and Beauty) are two SW bubble baths, of a berry scent. One bottle is black, tall, and flattish, with Anakin posing with his lightsaber over his shoulder and pointing down as the focal point of the collage. It has a red cap. The other bottle is the more typical round or cyclindar bottle, bright blue on the front, with Anakin holding the lightsaber across his body as the middle part of the picture. What's great about this bottle is that it has a top of Yoda in fighting pose, standing on what looks to be his chair from the Jedi Council chamber. This is a great scuplt, and frankly I think it looks better and more like Yoda than the two carded figures. JMHO, of course. :)

You mention the bubble bath...here in the UK we have shower gel (I think that's what it is) in a Vader bottle with Vader posed lunging with his lightsaber. I bought it and it is one of the better Vader figures that I have seen.

I guess my stuff is bubblebath after all. Rebelscum has done a news item on the bubblebaths released for the films. The ones I have are the Jango and the Vader at the bottom of the article.

I saw the holiday things in Target today also. In addition to the ones The_Wookie_Girl listed, they had Yoda/AOTC poster and Boba Fett/ANH Special Edition poster ornament sets.

There are SW ornaments at Hallmark's, if by that you mean the gift card shop. There was a thread about them. You might to hunt back a few pages here in the forum. I reserved the Anakin Jedi Starship ornament and so got it right away. There's a set of mini-ornaments, of a Tie-Fighter and the Falcon, so not to scale. And I think another DV one. Look for the topic, and good luck on these!

No problem. I wouldn't have thought to look for them at all if you hadn't said something first. Happy hunting!

As for the Hallmark ornament thread, it can be found here.

I'm so going to go broke this holliday season. [face_worried]

I haven't seen the Star Wars ornaments at Target yet, but I have seen the Hallmark ones.

Our Target had some Christmas stuff, like Batman ornaments (I collect superheroes too) and with the M-Pire plush out too I'm going to be asking alot of Santa.

Target had a Vader cookie jar in with their halloween candy, $14.99 and not that big though.

My mom actually picked up the Yoda snow globe and the four figure ornaments. I haven't seen them in person yet, but from what I've seen in the pics they look pretty cool. :)

Most Targets change their floors around at the same time. Their plan-o-grams or whatever they name them come from HQ, and that's what they go by. Check in your store's Halloween section, and look on the last aisle, probably next to the right-hand back corner wall. There should be some Christmas items there. I also saw Christmas items for Disney, Pooh, Batman, etc., in the same area. Good luck!

Kurt S Adler's website has a special Star Wars section with pictures of the ornaments.

It doesn't have the snow globe on it, but I took a picture with my phone.
The actual color's much brighter than the photo.

Edit: Rebelscum has a photo up tooIt has better color. I believe it plays "Let it snow". Correct me if I'm wrong.
