My AP literature Exam

Today i took my Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition test, and one of the essay questions tied perfectly into episode iii. my essay dealt with the internal conflict of anakin's desire to use his powers to save padme while having to conform to his commitment to the jedi order and how this conflict drives the story on. haha my teacher is really pissed cause i'm supposed to have used a piece of literature of comparable literary value to things like David Copperfield and the Iliad and that sorta thing.

anyway, it's just a little thing i figured i had no one else to tell...

 

It's been some time since my AP English Lit exam, so things may have changed, but last I heard you were at the very least supposed to use, you know, books.

We're glad you like Star Wars 'n' all, but it's not something worth losing points on a test for, particularly an AP test which can have an impact on college credits and things like that.


Also, perhaps less central to the point, what if your test's grader was hoping to go into ROTS spoiler-free?!

I wrote about James Joyce, which I suppose is slightly less scholarly than ROTS.

But after the test I went striaght to the store and bought the ROTS video game!!!!!

i had to read araby for the unit we did on love literature and i can't say i liked it
