You can't expect other people to make decks for you. Just make the decks yourself, using cards that you think will work well. Then playtest the deck. If any cards aren't working, replace them.

It's that simple.

When you've made the deck, you can always post it here and we will critique it. We'll recommend which cards you should remove, and which ones you should add. If you don't own a particular card, then you should try to trade for it.
