Tampa, FL New Ride @ Universal Studios

If you haven't been to Orlando lately, you need to check out the new attraction at Universal Studios...

Schindler's List: The Ride - It just opened to coincide with Spielberg's release of the film on DVD. The ride was ultra-realistic, and damn-near disturbing at times.

After shaving your head and giving you a temporary tattoo while you wait in line, several Nazis with guns and angry police dogs shove you onto a boxcar. The ride starts and takes you through a mock-up (yet eerily life-like) barbed-wire fenced version of the Auschwitz concentration camp. You are led through a firing squad, a gas chamber, and a furnace before the Nazis herd you into a themed retail shop called "Schindler's Gifts", where you can spend $70.00 for a "List is Life" keychain, or a T-shirt that reads "I survived the Holocaust and all I got was this lousy T-shirt."

You should go... It's awesome! I can't wait for Disney to retaliate with "The Passion of Christ 3-D Experience." Woo-Hoo!!!
