Soo fascinated with lightsabers - I created my own fantasy lightsabers series using Photoshop - http://www.light-sabers.net/fantasy-lightsabers/gallery.html

I used stock images of chrome and alluminum pipes, hydraulics and borrowed a few parts form existing SW lightsabers...- collaged it to form the different hilt design... And used the usual Photoshop layer effects for the glow and stuff :-B

Guinual, those are AWESOME!!!! It's not only an excellent display of creativity, you are very resourceful and you got talent!!! I've never seen such cool saber hilts, some are beautiful... others fearsome! ;)

I will let you know if any of my next Jedi drawings will borrow one of your creations! :p

Hello guinual and a belated welcome to the forum! I'm jumping on the bandwagon with everyone that's commented so far: these are stunning! Daenna got it totally right that "some are beautiful, some are fearsome:" the ones that have the almost bayonet-type blades on the hilt would serve as a weapon even when unlit! Such originality and creativity, and exceptional rendering of each and every image--awesome job! Welcome to the forum, and we're glad you shared these here!
