Nym's tattoo?

    Does anyone know what Nym's tattoo is supposed to be, or the meaning behind it? He's a really interesting character; pirate, in fact. I was a little dissapointed to see in Star Wars Galaxies that they didn't put the tattoo on the npc, and even changed the Lok flag to be a more flowing symbol. He was created in the Starfighter game series and had a short comic book series, among other things. The symbol kind of looks like the top of his head... a little strange for a band of pirates. Maybe it's supposed to be a stylized lifeform found on Lok? Any speculation would be great.

    It's probably the symbol of Nym's operation which later incorporated Sol Sixxa's gang to become the Lok Revenants.

    It is, since Jinkin's ship and the Havoc also have the symbol on them. Any idea of what its a stylization of?

    I can only guess it's something found on Lok or elsewhere in the Karhakk system, sicne Nym seems to be very attached to that place.
