Mini Series Obi-Wan Kenobi - Part 4 - Discussion Thread (Spoilers Allowed)

I think this will be a quieter episode with Obi-Wan regrouping and meditating. Probably the Order 66 flashback will be expanded upon.

 

If there are going to be Clone Wars flashbacks in this show, I would put money on them being in this episode. Obi-Wan is going to Jabiim to recuperate after his traumatic duel with Vader, so it seems like a good time for reflection on the past.

 

Should be Hayden's big episode, hope so.

 

Qui-Gon Jinn! They teased us 3 times now.

 

Here we go again.

 

I also think this one and next week's episode will have a slower pacing. To gather allies and prepare for the final battle basically.

 

You will hear my cheers all the way from Chicago if this is the week.

 

if Reva does what I believe that she intens to do, I'll be happily dancing with myself in the early morning hours..while the internet explodes with rage!

I think this ep has a lot to do....hoping its a bit longer because the show needs to start pointing the direction at the endgame and have a good launch toward it here.

I don't want this show to have the feeling I got from BOBF...where the ending felt rushed and unearned.

 

Kenobi is such a quitter

every episode he quits something, he quit Tatooine, he quit watching over Luke, and he said he would do all the talking, but then he quit that too

Not sure if that's serious or not, but he didn't quit watching Luke. He left after much coercion from Bail to come to Leia's aid.

 

Hoping to see Quinlan.

I expect a quieter episode with a bit more expositiion on the Inquisitor intrigue and Reva, Jabiim and the Path. Might be a nice contrast between different "cultures".

But...What about Leia? Obi-Wan must figure out where she's been taken, unless Reva invites him to come and get her? (I hope we get that last bit in this episode too, otherwise we have Episode 5 moving a bit slowly. But, hey, can't wait whatever happens).

 

So pumped!!

 

I think Reva would actually help Leia or betray Vader. Reva isn't in Rebels so she apparently gets killed off a some point.
