Reference One Canon Sinre-Verse Timeline

As we have a bunch of players who love continuity, and a bunch of players who love story, and a bunch of players that love shooting things or chopping up things.

I wanted to give those who are really looking at my games and wanting to put everything together in all the games I run…

… I follow the One Canon theory that most continuities can be merged.

Very simply, the issues are…

1. Han and Leia and Luke die in 34 ABY in Canon; they’re alive in 44 ABY in Legends.
2. No Ben Skywalker, Jacen, Jaina, Anakin Solo, or Mara Jade Skywalker in Canon.
3. Ackbar dies in 29 ABY, Chewbacca in 25 ABY, in Legends.
4. The war with the Empire ends in 5 ABY in Canon, not 19 ABY.
5. No Ben Solo in Legends.
6. Palpatine comes back on stage in 35 ABY in Canon, and 10 ABY in Legends.

All in all - it’s not much.

1. The fall of Jacen Solo was supposed to happen in 37 ABY, not 40 ABY, which saves us 3 years if embraced.
2. The Vong War actually ended in 29 ABY in Legends, not 30 ABY as most people believe, saving us another year.
3. The year between the final death of Palpatine and the Empire’s final fall in Legends is woefully empty in Legends; the year between Endor and Jakku and the Empire’s final fall in Canon is nice and detailed.

So.

Let’s just assume…

A. Every Canon reference to ‘after the Battle of Endor’ is really, ‘after the Final Death of Palpatine’ in Legends. Or; the Battle of Onderon. Thus, Ben Solo is the fourth Solo child.

B. This pushes TFA back to 41 ABY.

C. With Jacen’s fall set in 37 ABY, post-Endor Legends fits between the Battle of Jakku in 11 ABY, and TFA in 41 ABY.

Done.

 

The One Canon Timeline

200,000 BBY to 100,000 BBY - The Cosmic Wars

The galaxy is former by the Maker. The first Celestial falls and becomes the First Darkness. The Maker creates successor Celestials known as the ONES, one of whom is responsible for the birth of the six OLD ONES. The hundred millennia Cosmic Wars corrupts the first species’ created by the Maker, but fundamentally the Old Ones are mostly destroyed and forced to abandon corporeal form. They become the Six Darknesses. Many defeated species that aligned with the Old Ones are locked behind gravitic traps - such as the Sith, Taung, and those caught behind the hyperspace barrier that later seals away the Unknown Regions, including the Rakata, Grysk, Vagaari and other UNKNOWN TERRORS. One of the strongest seals is upon RED SPACE, where the dark worlds such as Exegol, Rhand, Rennek and more exist.

As a postscript, one Old One births a child in her dying moments, named ABELOTH. She joins the family of Ones - the Father of Balance, the Son of Darkness, the Daughter of Light - as the Mother of Chaos, eventually being locked in the Maw black hole cluster.

35,000 BBY

A mysterious man known as the MASTER OF MANY NAMES discovers the continued existence of the Darknesses, and that they corrupt the hearts of sentients in a great proxy war led by the Maker - the First Light - and the First Darkness. Determined to end their manipulations of daily life, he sends his EYE into the future in a FORCESABER to create a fixed timeline; the Kyber Crystal within eventually becomes the selfsame one in the lightsaber of DARTH SIDIOUS.

He then conspires to create a CHANGE, allowing him to undo the terrible future he has seen; millennia of warfare to maintain some cruel and monstrous balance. His actions with his student PROTECTORS, using them as bait for the Six Darknesses, unlock a great cosmic contingency; Abeloth escapes and destroys all he has wrought until the Son and Daughter lock her away.

Thus begins a cycle which dominates the next thirty five millennia; the Light and the Dark locked in eternal conflict…

The Je’daii, Ashla, Jedi, the Republic, the Renunciates, the Rebellion, the Alliance, the Resistance…

The m Rakata, the Bogan, the Dark Jedi, the Sith, the Pius Dea, the Empire, the Yuuzhan Vong, the First Order…

Th Twilight Wars, the Great Schisms, Alsakan Conflicts, the Pius Dea Crusades, and the five millennia of Sith Wars.

Every time a Force user becomes self aware enough to perform a Change, Abeloth escapes, kills everyone responsible, and the Son and Daughter seal her away.

Again and again and again the remaining Darknesses cultivate war in the hearts of sentients, even though several were sealed by the Protectors on Nouane, remembered as the four SAGES OF DWARTII.

Until the Master completes his master plan, having seeded himself and the Holocrons of Prophecy and Holocrons of Heresies into the future.

His plan?

The death of the Ones.

1032 BBY onwards - Darth Bane and the modern era…

1032 BBY - the Sith are driven from Coruscant, shattering the New Sith Empire.

1010 BBY - the warring Sith factions are unified by Kaan into the Brotherhood of Darkness, and many Jedi join the Army of Light to oppose them.

1000 BBY - the New Sith Wars end with Darth Bane re-founding the Rule of Two, based on the ancient concept of the DYAD. The Ruusan Reformations bind the Jedi Order to the Republic.

700 BBY - the Republic performs the Mandalorian Excision, ending the threat of the Mandalorians.

500 BBY - Corellia attempts to secede, but is ultimately foiled from doing so. The Baneite Sith take a tremendous blow when Darth Gravid is driven mad by his attempts to straddle the Light and Dark.

300 BBY - the Republic completely recovers from the New Sith Wars, and the High Republic era commences.

200 BBY - the Force begins to lose its balance, tipping to the dark side, thanks to the growth in power of the Sith, quietly assisted by the Master. This slowly begins to kill the Father of Balance, and brings to the forefront the Prophecy of the Chosen One. Conflict becomes an every day occurrence...

132 BBY - the reigning Mandalore, who commanded the Ithullan genocide, is killed by Durge.

67 BBY - Darth Plagueis, trained by Darth Tenebrous, Tor Valum and others, ascends to be Dark Lord.

60 BBY - the Mandalorian Civil Wars begins.

32 BBY - the events of The Phantom Menace occur; Palpatine kills Darth Plagueis.

22 BBY - the events of Attack of the Clones occur. The Clone Wars begin, with the Sith ruling both sides, and accelerating the death of the Father - he reaches out to ANAKIN SKYWALKER. By the end of that moment, the Ones are all dead - leaving nobody to stop the next Change.

19 BBY - by the events of Revenge of the Sith Palpatine becomes self-aware of his position as a pawn on the boards of higher beings, and conspires to surpass all players - the Master, the Darknesses, even the Maker!

2 BBY - the events of Rebels takes place, preventing Palpatine from accessing the WORLD BETWEEN WORLDS, the manner in which the One reset time.

0 BBY/ABY - the events of Rogue One and A New Hope occur.

3 ABY - the events of The Empire Strikes Back occur.

Our Current Story and Stories…

4 ABY - the events of Return of the Jedi occur; Battle of Endor kills Vader and Palpatine; in-fact the latter retreats to a clone body on Byss and founds the Dark Empire in the Deep Core, while Thrawn commands the Empire of the Hand in the Unknowns

7 ABY - Coruscant falls to the New Republic.

9 ABY - Grand Admiral Thrawn nearly defeats the New Republic. Jacen and Jaina Solo are born.

10 ABY - the Reborn Emperor launched the Dark Empire War and is killed at Onderon, after his clones are sabotaged. Anakin Solo is born.

11 ABY - the Battle of Jakku sees Grand Vizier Mas Amedda sign the Galactic Concordance and the Empire retreats to territories defined by treaty. The First Order is founded in the Unknowns, the Final Order settled on Exegol but Palpatine is trapped in a defective clone and assumes the pseudonym of WHITE EYES. Ben Solo is born.

13 ABY - the events of DARK REACH take place. To the end of the year, Daala and Pellaeon unify the Deep Core and Outer Rim warlords that disregard the Grand Vizier.

14 ABY - the events of RESURRECTION take place.

15 ABY - the events of THE MANDALORIAN take place.

17 ABY - the New Republic allows former Imperials to join the Senate; the legitimate Empire joins and takes control of the CENTRIST PARTY.

19 ABY - the Outer Rim-based Imperial Remnant signs the Bastion Accords. The Deep Core-based Second Imperium does not.

25 ABY - the New Republic annexes the Deep Core; the Yuuzhan Vong invade; Sernpidal is destroyed and Chewbacca is assumed dead but in-fact caught in the middle of the refugee trap for the wars length.

29 ABY - the Yuuzhan Vong are defeated, a GALACTIC ALLIANCE forms between the New Republic, Imperial Remnant, Hapan, Chiss and Hutts; the First Order, now commanded by SNOKE, seizes control of the Unknowns and smashes the Empire of the Hand during the war; WHITE EYES transforms the Dark Jedi that serve the Second Imperium into the ONE SITH, working besides Amedda - now Darth Wyyrlok I as the Emperor’s Voice - and Darth Krayt - as the Emperor’s Eye into the Force while in stasis.

35 ABY - The Napkin Bombings see the CENTRISTS attempt to take over the New Republic, in league with the First Order; later in the year, the Galactic Alliance becomes enmeshed in the Dark Nest Crisis. Moffs fall under the First Order sway.

37 ABY - facing a secession from the Galactic Alliance, Jacen falls to the dark side and becomes Darth Caedus to stop a terrible vision of the future, beginning the SECOND GALACTIC CIVIL WAR. THE LAST STAND takes place here; Caedus causes a CHANGE which unleashes ABELOTH, an ancient Old One.

38 ABY - Daala is selected to lead the Galactic Alliance, though the Remnant, Hapans, Ascendancy and the newly formed Confederation remain independent.

40 ABY - the APOCALYPSE - a Neo-Imperial coup led by the Lost Tribe of the Sith commanded by Abeloth is foiled, but at the cost of unity for the Galactic Alliance, which collapses, especially after several Senators and Moffs secede from the Remnant, isolating Bastion in FIRST ORDER territory. Ben Solo, long neglected and jealous of his siblings, finally becomes KYLO REN, slaughtering the students of the New Jedi Order and driving Luke into exile - and Han to leave Leia, for he has no desire to kill another son.

41 ABY - The events of The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi occur. The game HIDDEN MOMENT takes place during TLJ; the game KNIGHT OF THE LAST REPUBLIC takes place just after TLJ.

42 ABY - The events of The Rise of Skywalker takes place. Hux fakes his death to seize control of the First Order, but Kylo Ren survives the redemption of Ben Solo to return as Supreme Leader.

43 ABY - The First Order takes back supremacy of the galaxy with the Galactic Jamming.

51 ABY - The events of DUEL OF THE FATES takes place.

56 ABY - The events of THE HIDDEN TEMPLE takes place.
